No more “Child Allowance”

Unborn 1 : ”Did you hear that the Child Allowance would be terminated?”

Unborn 2 : “Yeah, but it’s too late for us not to come out of here…”

Japanese government started giving away “Child Allowance” last year, but in order to use available resources for the recovery effort in Tohoku, it will be terminated after October.
