The supply of electricity will be lower in Japan after shutting down some of their nuclear power plants. In order to conserve electricity this summer, Japanese are encouraging "Super Cool Biz", business attire much more casual than normal business suits, to keep themselves cool. They start looking like Hawaiian in formal Aloha shirts.
