Mr. Ichiro Ozawa, the ex-leader of Democratic Party in Japan, had financial scandal, got into legal problems, and penalized by his own Party, and yet he refuses to step down from spot light, and keeps coming back! How sad Japan has to depend on a "criminal" to be one of its leaders.
