Another new prime minister in Japan

It is getting really hard to keep track on who's the Prime Minister of Japan because each one comes and goes so quickly.  Yoshihiko Noda just made it on the post as the third PM under the Democratic Party's majority ruling, which has been less than 3 years.  He'd better last a bit longer than his 2 predecesors, otherwise the majority party may shift again...
