UH foorball lost the last game of the season to BYU, and also lost a chance to play at Sheraton Bowl on Christmas Eve. Coach McMackin was forced to retire, leaving one year left on his 5-year contract. As a highest paid state employee, he was earning $1.1 million a year, and he decided to donate 40% of his next year's pay back to the university. Sounds great, but he's taking over $600,000 for doing nothing next year. So stop crying, Coach Mack.
